Information about Lada Niva GPL 2001

Hello,

I'am Andreas from germany and just bought a Lada Niva GPL with french papers. I need any kind of information about the used gpl-equipment to get a street permission in germany. The Lada is from 2001 with an Single-Point-Injection engine. The Typenumber is 212140Z. Has anybody a Lada of that kind? A Certificate of Conformity would be perfect but anything else is welcome.

Please please helpe me! It hurts seeing him standing in the garage :-)

the problem might be that the GPL addition were done by Lada France, who then was doing all the formalities to get the car homologated in France. And these papers were only for the French administration, I guess what you're looking for is an European Certificate of Conformity ?

Below is what my certificate for transformation from gasoline to gasoline/LGP looks like, but I'm not sure it can help you in Germany, and anyway you'll need the one for your own Niva :



The important thing on it is the line "Source d'énergie", showing "E/G", which means essence and GPL, instead of only essence "E".

I dont think that would be enugh. There is no word about what kind of GPL-equippment is used or if it matches EURO2 standarts. Do you know if lada.fr even created european COC's?

I read "EG" in my carte'grise too.That means Es/Gas like in you COC, doesn't it? At least that would prove that it was legal in France what hopefully makes my engineer more cooperative.



I just read on the homepage of the france ambassy that the DRIRE could make an European COC (seems like they have an database with almost any COC). Do you know something about that?

normalement, en 2001 les voitures gpl françaises sont conformes avec la réglementation Européen.
il n'y a besoin d'aucun autre papier que la carte grise pour l'immatriculer.
il te faut seulement un certificat de conformité communautaire pour l'immatriculer en Allemagne.
